Peak Name: Brasstown Bald

After spending New Year's in Athens, Georgia Kaitlyn and I stopped at Brasstown Bald on the way back home. It had been rainy the whole weekend and we really were not expecting much after foray at Mt Mitchell.

While we were lucky to avoid getting rained on too much, we did not avoid the fog and clouds. At the top we couldn't see much more than a few dozen feet. The bathrooms and inside were closed, but it was still a nice break on the long drive back. Next time I'll have to leave Kaitlyn at home, she's 2 for 2 on foggy peaks.
